Transport

We meet refugees both at the border and at the train station, providing comfortable transportation to their destination. Our team is prepared to handle medical situations and we have specialized transportation for wheelchair users and patients who need to lie down.

Train station

Every day from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, our volunteers are at the train station, where they meet and see off trains from Ukraine. The majority of arrivals are women and people with disabilities, making up 80% of all refugees. We help with carrying heavy bags, provide information on purchasing tickets, and give recommendations for further routes.

Shelter

We manage a shelter, providing temporary refuge to refugees - from a few hours to several days. Our task is to ensure that people who have left dangerous areas feel safe from the very first moments of their stay here.
